ORDER
The petitioner seeks for disposal of his representation dated 22.12.2014 made before the respondent for mutation of revenue records.
2. Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.
3. It is stated that the said representation is still pending. Therefore, it is for the respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner seeking for mutation of revenue records, after hearing all the parties concerned, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. This Court is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner in respect of his right to get mutation, as it https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
is for the respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law as stated supra.
