This is an application seeking for a direction to the third respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and her husband by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 12.04.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent is trying to encroach the property of the petitioner and hence she has given a representation dated 12.04.2016 to the respondents 1 to 3 for providing police protection. Since the same is pending without any progress, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) undertakes to give police protection for the purpose of fencing the property. 5.Recording the undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is ordered.
