It is a petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 08.04.2016 and take necessary action.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered on 31.05.2016 in Crime No.163 of 2016 for offences under Section 66A of the Information Technology Act 2000.
