O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission and necessary protection to conduct the "Adal Padal" programme on 14.04.2023 and 15.04.2023 at 06.00 p.m to 11.00 p.m in connection with "Thiru Vizha" of Arulmigu Sri Uchimakaliamman Thirukovil at Kovilpappakudi, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District.

2. Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that for the very same event, one N.Ashokkumar has filed W.P(MD).No.7953 of 2023 and this Court had granted permission on 10.04.2023.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above said petition has been filed only for 2 days cultural programme. Insofar this petition is concerned, this petition has been filed by one R.Vivekanandan, seeking permission to conduct the Aadal Padal 2/5

programe for another two days. Such sort of petition cannot be entertained by this Court.

5. This Court has already granted permission to conduct the Aadal Padal programme in W.P.(MD).No.7953 of 2023 dated 10.04.2023, the above said order shall also apply to the continuation of the event and the present petition also.
