O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the FIR on basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.04.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.It is the case of the petitioner that in order to grab the property belonged to the petitioner, the proposed accused and others caused disturbance to the petitioner by removing the fence put up by the petitioner and her family members. When the same was questioned, the petitioner was threatened by the proposed accused and hence, a complaint came to be lodged. Since no action has been taken on the said complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and the same has been closed on 26.05.2016 and the closure report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has been served on the petitioner herein. Today, the learned Government Advocate has also served a copy of the closure report directly to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the submission made, this petition is dismissed. However, on receipt of the closure report, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
