PRAYER: The Writ Appeal is filed under Clause 15 of Letters Patents Act, against the order, dated 09.03.2015 passed in WP(MD) No.3156 of 2015.

Prayer in WP(MD). 3156/ 2015 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to sanction 3rd increment to the Petitioner for possessing M.Phil qualification from the date of his promotion as B.T. Assistant i.e. as on 16.08.2010 in the light of the Order passed by this Honourable Court in W.P. No. 11802 to 11806 of 2013 dated 24.07.2013.

2.This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 09.03.2015 passed in WP(MD)No.3156 of 2015. The respondent/writ petitioner filed the said writ petition, to direct the appellants/respondents therein to sanction the third increment to the writ petitioner for possessing M.Phil qualification from the date of his promotion as B.T. Assistant i.e as on 16.08.2010, based on the order dated 24.07.2013 passed by this Court in W.P. (MD).Nos.11802 to 11806 of 2013.

2.The writ court had not granted the above relief sought for, but only directed, the representation to be considered and therefore, appellants cannot aggrieve by such an order. 3.For the above reasons, this writ appeal is dismissed.
