DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN., J AND R.POORNIMA.,J The Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the mother alleging that the respondents/Police is unable to trace her 15 years old daughter, who suspected to have been kidnapped by one Veeraganesh.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents/State report that the detenue/girl has been secured and she has joined with her mother/the Petitioner herein. The Petitioner and her daughter is present today before this Court. The petitioner says 2/4
that the child has come back.
