PRAYER: Writ Appeal is filed under Clause 15 of Letters Patent against the order, dated 24.07.2009, made in W.P.(MD).No.6779 of 2009.

Prayer in WP(MD). 6779/ 2009 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records relating with the impugned order dated 16/03/09 in R.T.R.no. 681/2008 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and in consequence to direct the 2nd respondent to process my application dated 10/04/2008 for granting patta and to grant patta to petitioner's property in S.No. 192/3, 192/5 and 192/7 in peraiyampatty village, in Peraiyur Taluk in Madurai district, as accordance with law.

JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J] By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.Heard Mr.PTS.Narendravasan, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, Mr.R.Suriyanarayanan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the fourth respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.This appeal is directed against the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.6779 of 2009, dated 24.07.2009.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that as per the direction issued by the Writ Court, the Tahsildar had conducted an enquiry and has passed an order, which is in favour of the respondents 1 to 3.

5.Recording the above submission, the writ appeal is closed giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the said order before the appropriate forum. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
