The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent to consider the statement of accounts in mortgage loan account No.30041487402 and return the title deed to the petitioner by considering her representation dated 16.09.2013. According to the petitioner, she is the guarantor to the mortgage loan obtained by her husband's brother and the mortgage loan amount has also been settled and therefore the documents pledged by the petitioner in the capacity of the guarantor in respect of the said mortgage loan amount are to be returned. It is for the second respondent to consider the said claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner. Therefore this Court is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.09.2013 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
