The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant sub-division patta transfer related to the property having patta No.8250 comprised in R.S.No.368/2 of south Thamaraikulam Village, Agastheeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District, by considering his representation dated 07.04.2018 vide can No.0333001295032 and application No.2018/0105/30/038969.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the second respondent to verify the revenue and other records as to its classification, ownership, possession, enjoyment, rival claims, civil disputes etc., in respect of the property and conduct an enquiry after affording opportunity of personal hearing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to all the parties interested, for the purpose of survey of the land and pass orders, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
