Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.Y.RAHIMRAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time for appearance of the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam. 2.Since in this case, the next hearing date fell on the very next day after the order copy was made ready, the petitioners could not surrender before Court below and apply for recall of warrant. It is made clear that the petitioners are given liberty to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ surrender before the Trial Magistrate on the next hearing date and

apply for recall of warrant. If such application is filed, the Trial Magistrate shall recall the warrant on the same day. The condition imposed on the earlier order will stand unaltered. This petition is allowed accordingly.
