ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to diret the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner life and limb on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.04.2023.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to some wordy quarrel, the private respondents herein assaulted the petitioner with deadly weapons and made life threat. Hence, the petitioner made a complaint. However, there is no action was taken by the second respondent. Therefore, the petitioner preferred the present petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that there is a counter case also pending as against the petitioner and other accused, for the very same occurrence and FIR were also registered in Cr.Nos.39 and 40 of 2023.

4.It appears that there is continuous trouble between the petitioner and the private respondents herein. The first occurrence 2/4

said to have taken place on 24.01.2023 and a case and counter case was registered and in respect of one case charge sheet also filed. In the above said circumstances, second occurrence said to have taken place on 01.04.2023 and the petitioner herein was assaulted by the accused persons and hence, the petitioner made a complaint on 06.04.2023 before the second respondent. 5.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.04.2023 and ensure that no life threat taken place to the petitioner at the hands of the third and fourth respondent. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
