PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR38118 of 2017:- to set aside the Fair and Decreetal order passed in I.A.No.992 of 2016 in O.S.No.1553 of 2004 on the file of the Learned Principal District Munsif, Madurai Town dated 22.03.2017 and allowing the CRP and pass such other order or further orders as this Hon'ble Court. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.K.RAMAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 267 days in representing C.R.P(MD)SR.No.38118 of 2017.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, delay of 267 days is condoned and the petition stands ordered on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
