ORDER

According to the petitioner, he has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police based on the complaint given by the second respondent. Hence, he has filed the present Criminal Original Petition.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that if the parties will co-operate with the enquiry, the same shall be concluded, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the second respondent undertake that they shall co-operate with the enquiry.
