O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 07.03.2016 lodged before the 2nd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), who would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been closed pursuant to noncooperation on the side of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on summons, the petitioner is prepared to appear before the respondent police, give a statement and render necessary assistance to the Police.

4. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner herein, the respondents are directed to issue summons to the petitioner for the purpose of her appearance, enquire into the matter and take action in accordance with law.
