PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.02.2014 for Mamannar Rebel Muthuramalinga Sethupathi Freedom Fighters Pension to the petitioner as per the certificate issued by the Tahsildar in Na.Ka.No.A1/4640/2002, dated 21.05.2003.

The petitioner seeks for Mamannar Rebel Muthuramalinga Sethupathi Freedom Fighters Pension through his representation dated 14.02.2014.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that till this date, his representation was not considered. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits and contentions raised by the petitioner, the third respondent District Collector, Ramanathapuram is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
