ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the 2nd respondent to investigate the case and file a final report in crime No.15/2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the 2nd respondent requires three months time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the submission made, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
