Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mr.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.5035 and 5039 of 2022, dated 28.03.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed. 4.Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
