2. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly for more than six months and the investigation is almost completed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that he is taking treatment and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.
