This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.04.2016 and proceed in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), who would submit that on the complaint dated 16.04.2016, given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.193 of 2016 dated 28.04.2016 for offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 420 and 506(i) IPC. The said statement is recorded.

3. In view of the above statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
