The Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.207 of 2018 as per the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.06.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint was given by the petitioner only on 13.06.2018.

4.Considering the fact that the petitioner has given a complaint only on 13.06.2018, the relief sought for in this petition cannot be granted at the pre-mature stage and hence, this petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is dismissed as pre-matured. However, this Court directs the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
