ORDER

The prayer sought for herein is to direct the third respondent to register a case against the proposed accused person on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 24.05.2018. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been enquired. During the enquiry, it is found that the said complaint is purely civil in nature. Therefore, the same was closed with an advise to the parties to seek their remedy before the appropriate forum. The copy of the closure report has also been placed before this Court.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and taking the closure report on file, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedy before the appropriate forum.
