O R D E R
This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct respondents to remove the petitioner's name from History Sheet in H.S.No.371 of 2025 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 25.03.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police foisted a false case against the villagers. The petitioner only performed Thasara festival along with Thasara devotees in the month of February 2024 and after four months, the fourth respondent registered a case in Crime No.15 of 2025 on 10.01.2025 against the petitioner, in order to create wrong history against the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation, dated 25.03.2025 to remove the name of the petitioner in the history sheet, but the same has not been considered. Therefore, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl side) for the respondents 3 and 4 would submit that the petitioner has so many previous cases and thereby, they opened history sheet in the name of the petitioner in H.S.No.371 of 2025. The representation of the petitioner also received by them and the same is pending with the second respondent and the second respondent will conduct enquiry and take appropriate decision in this regard.
4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl side), this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.03.2025 and take appropriate decision in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of this order.
5. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
