The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey the petitioner's land and fix boundary stones in respect of Survey No.5/25, situated at Vattapatti, Pudukkottai Town and Pudukkottai District, on the basis of the petitioner's application dated 14.06.2018 within stipulated time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued the first respondent to verify the revenue and other records as to its classification, ownership, possession, enjoyment, rival https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

claims, civil disputes etc., in respect of the property and conduct an enquiry after affording opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties interested for the purpose of survey of the land and pass orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
