PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 31 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.04.2024 for the offence under Sections 304(2) and 109 of IPC in Crime No.31 of 1/3

2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner knowing the consequences has electrified the fencing in his agricultural land, in which, due to electrocution, the defacto complainant's husband died. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he never committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He is the sole bread winner of his family.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent strongly objects for grant of bail to the petitioner due to the installation of the electric fencing, the defacto complainant's father died. 5.Considering this conduct of this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
