This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to conduct an enquiry and register a case based on the complaint dated 04.01.2016 against the proposed accused persons.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint dated 04.01.2016, given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.194 of 2016 dated 28.04.2016 for offences under Sections 417, 420 and 506(1) IPC. The said statement is recorded.

3. In view of the above statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
