ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to life and limb of the petitioner from the third respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent herein received Rs.1,00,000/- from the petitioner for buying house plot for him. However, he failed to buy house and also refused to return the money. When the petitioner asked to return the money, the third respondent abused the petitioner in filthy language and also threatened him. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation dated 03.04.2023. Since no action has been taken, the petitioner filed the present petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner is pending for consideration.

4.It appears that there is sale agreement issue between the third respondent and the petitioner and therefore, the petitioner 2/4

made a representation on 03.04.2023. Absolutely there is no life threat at the hands of the third respondent and it is only civil transaction. Hence, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.04.2023 on its own merits and pass suitable orders, in the light of the above observations.
