Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.L.DHILIPANPANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.23172 of 2023. CRL MP(MD) No.4653 of 2024 police submits that the petitioner has complied with the aforesaid condition only for 21 days. While complying the condition, he has also involved in another crime and was arrested in that case, which is pending on the file of Thogor Police Station, Thanjavur.
