ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to appoint Advocate Mr.G.Bagawath Singh (Ms.962/1996), practicing at Madurai as a Special Public Prosecutor under Rule (4) 5 of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Rules, 1995 to conduct the case in Spl.S.C.No.37 of 2022 before the Sessions Judge, Special Court for trial of cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Dindigul District on the side of the prosecution by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 20.03.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation that was made by the petitioner on 20.03.2023 is pending with the first respondent herein for passing orders.

3. Let the above said representation will be disposed of by the respondent within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on its own merits.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
