O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb by considering his representation dated 19.03.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, due to property dispute, the 3rd respondent has indulged in criminal activities and thereby, he sent a representation dated 19.03.2025 and the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint against the 3rd respondent and the same is under consideration in C.S.R.No.192 of 2025 and they fixed the enquiry date tomorrow i.e. 08.04.2025. They will complete the enquiry within one week.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition, this Court even without issuing notice to the 3rd respondent inclined to pass orders in this petition.

5. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and the representation of the petitioner is also pending with the 2nd respondent, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to both the parties within a period of one week from the date of this order.

6. With the above said observation and direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
