JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] This Writ Appeal is directed against the order dated 29.01.2014 made in W.P (MD).No.3369 of 2012 filed by the respondent herein challenging the order passed by the first appellant in respect of Direct Recruitment to the post of Graduate Assistant (Minority Subject).

2.The Writ Petition was disposed of by directing the first respondent to be given appointment at the same time, protecting the appointment given to the second respondent herein. 3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the first respondent/ writ petitioner during the pendency of these proceedings, the first respondent was appointed on 18.09.2014. In the light of the same, nothing further survives for adjudication. Therefore, the Writ appeal is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
