O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.479 of 2020 pending on the file of the second respondent and entrust the same to the hands of the fifth respondent. 2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that initially when at the time of registering the First Information Report in Crime No.479 of 2020, the case was registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. He would further submit that during the time of investigation, the section of law was altered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 326, 307, 506(ii) r/w 120(b) of I.P.C and thereafter, on completion of investigation, the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur, on 11.08.2020.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
