ORDER
The prayer sought for herein is to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner or other plaintiffs in the suit in the name of enquiry in the alleged complaint given by the third respondent.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police in the false complaint made by the third respondent and also the nature of the complaint is purely civil in nature.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the said complaint has been enquired and the same was closed as false complaint and there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
