ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and not to interfere in civil dispute based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, there is a money dispute between him and the third respondent, for which, the third respondent lodged a false complaint against the petitioner and taking advantage of the same, the second respondent frequently called the petitioner for enquiry by interfering with the money dispute. Therefore, he sent a representation on 22.03.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submits that based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, enquiry was conducted and closed. However, the representation of the petitioner is alone pending. Only for conducting enquiry on the third respondent's complaint, they called the petitioner and they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged by him.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the third respondent, is inclined to pass order. 2/4

5. The prayer sought for in this petition is to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner. The second respondent denied the alleged harassment and submits that only on the third respondent's complaint, the petitioner was called, in which, enquiry was conducted and closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
