RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition made in Para-4 of the order dated 01.02.2021 made in Crl.MP.(MD).No.587 of 2021 in Crl.OP.(MD). No.14197 of 2020 on the file of this Honble Court that the Petitioner shall stay at Pollachi and report before the Inspector of Police, Pollachi Town Police Station daily at 10.30 A.M. until further orders and to pass such further or other orders. Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.LAWRENCE J, Advocate for the petitioner and MR.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(crl side), for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 06.02.2021 to 29.05.2021.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was complying with the conditions from 06.02.2021 to 29.05.2021 and thereafter due to lockdown he was unable to comply with the conditions.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner is a sole bread winner of the family and he has to take care of his aged parents and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.

5.The petition is ordered, accordingly.
