O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the land comprised in S.F. No.129/1 to an extent of 0.22.50 Ares situated at Naganur Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2023.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a representation dated 15.03.2023 was made seeking survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the property in question. Since no action has been taken by the respondents 1 and 2, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that after considering the claims of all 2/5
parties, proper steps would be taken to survey and demarcate the land in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

In view of the above, this Court directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2023 for survey and demarcation on merits and in accordance with law. Notice shall be issued to the petitioner, respondents 4 and 5 and the owners of relevant adjacent lands and appropriate orders shall be passed in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act 1923, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of any rival claims, the same can be agitated before the competent civil court. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
