ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint dated 08.04.2016 preferred by the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 498(A), 506(ii) IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act and to take action against the accused in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No. 18 of 2016 has been registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 498(A), 506(2) IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.
