This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.8 of 2012 dated 6.01.2012 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, NO.IV, Madurai under Sections 307, 109 r/w 34 IPC. However, the same is yet to be taken on file.

4. Recording the submission made, this criminal original petition is closed.
