2.This Court is of the view that no case has been made out for cancellation of the anticipatory bail already granted in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.6394 of 2018 dated 23.04.2018. If the undertaking affidavit filed by the second respondent is breached, it is open to the petitioner to file contempt petition before this Court. 3.With the above liberty, this criminal original petition is closed.
