This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the 1st Respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 355/2024/A1, dated 05.04.2024 and consequently, direct the 1st Respondent to permit the Petitioner to conduct Adal Padal dance program on 22.04.2024 at Arulmigu Sree Kallalagar temple festival in K.Paramanpatti, Kuppalnatham village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District. 2.Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents submits that due to announcement of election notification and in order to avoid any untoward incidents, the first respondent has rightly rejected the request of the petitioner for conducing Adal Padal Programme in the temple. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that in view of the announcement of election notification, the request of the petitioner to conduct "Adal Padal 2/4

Programme" was rejected, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Assistant Returning Officer. No costs.
