quash the same and further direct him to approve forthwith the appointment of 21 teaching staffs (Name List annexed) in the Petitioner s college and disburse the grant in aid towards their salary and allowances w.e.f. the respective dates of their appointment .

JUDGMENT
************* [Judgment of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent. This appeal is directed against order dated 09.03.2015 passed in W.P.(MD).No.3193 of 2015. The said writ petition was filed by the first respondent/writ petitioner to direct the third appellant herein to approve the appointment of 21 teaching staff in the writ petitioner's college and disburse the grant-in-aid towards their salary and allowances with effect from the respective dates of their appointment and the writ petition was allowed. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit during the pendency of the appeal, approval has been granted and salary was also paid to the employees. 3.
In the light of the above submissions, nothing further surives for adjudication and the writ appeal is dismissed. No Costs. Consequntly, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
