This writ petition has been filed, questioning the impugned orders of the 1st and 2nd respondents passed in Na.Ka.A3/4615/2013/Ooratchigal dated 04.03.2014 and Na.Ka.A3/4615/2013 /Oo dated 05.03.2014, vide which, the cheque signing power, vested with the petitioner, being the Vice President of Sembattur Village Panchayat, was withdrawn. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. It is common knowledge that the posts of President, Vice President, etc., are no more in existence and therefore, this Court is of the view that no further order is required to be passed in this petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
