This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to complete the investigation and file final report in accordance with law in Crime No.145 of 2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Karivalamvandhanallur Police Station, Tirunelveli District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that already the investigation has been completed in this case and charge sheet filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil on 10.11.2013.
