This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 13.04.2016 and conduct investigation of the offence in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The sum and substance of the complaint preferred by the petitioner is that he is doing agricultural activities in the land belonging to him. However, his brother, brother's son and his daughter, who are the proposed accused persons, prevented him from doing agricultural activities in the said land. While so, on 06.03.2016, the accused persons trespassed into his field and set fire to his neem wood, which were kept in the field and taken away a cow worth Rs.30,000/- without the knowledge of the petitioner. When the same was questioned, they threatened the petitioner and scolded in filthy language. Therefore, the petitioner has given a complaint on 13.04.2016, which is still pending with the 2nd respondent and hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and the same has been closed and the closure report has been served on the petitioner herein through post.

5. Recording the submission made, this petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
