Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the official respondents to approve the resolution regarding formation of the school committee. The resolution was passed on 10.12.2018. Since three years period had already expired, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. The rights of the parties are left open. It is also stated that the school is now under the Direct Payment System.

3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
