JUDGMENT
************* [Judgment of the Court was delivered by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants and Mr.M.Gnanagurunathan, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.
2.This Writ appeal filed by the Director, Directorate of Employment and Training Thiru Vi Ka Industrial Estate, is directed as against the order, dated 16.12.2014, made in W.P(MD)No.20245 of 2014. The writ petition was filed by the first respondent to direct the first and second appellants to sponsor her name along with other candidates for direct recruitment to the post of Computer Instructor. The only reason for refusing to sponsor her name is on the ground that the first respondent did not register her B.Sc., Degree. It is not disputed by the appellants that the first respondent secured her B.Sc., in fact thereafter M.Sc., and M.Phil., higher qualification. M.Sc., and M.Phil., have been registered in the Employment Exchange. For direct recruitment to the post of Computer Instructor, the name of the first respondent has to be sponsored.
3.Therefore, we are of the view that no valid ground is made out to interfere with the order in the writ petition passed by the Writ Court. Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs.
