To re-open the Contempt Petition(MD)No.285 of 2026 dated 27.02.2016 and hear the same on merits.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed the Cont.P.(MD)No.285 of 2026 stating that the order passed by this Court on 28.10.2025 has not been complied by the respondents.

2. The above Contempt Petition was closed on 27.02.2026 in view of the written instructions of the District Educational Officer dated 22.02.2026 that the approval of the appointment of the petitioner's employee is being processed and it would be finalised on or before 15.03.2026. The petitioner was also granted liberty to re-open the Contempt Petition in the event the order of this Court is not complied with.

3. The present Sub Application is filed to re-open the Contempt Petition, that the order of this Court has not been complied with.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the order has now been complied with after filing of this Sub Application.
