Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 05-09-2012 seeking to award Special Grade on 01-06-1988 in the post of Middle School B.T. Headmaster by taking into account the entire services of Secondary Grade Teacher, Primary Headmaster and the Middle School Headmaster in the light of G.O.Ms.No.210, School Education (G1) Department, dated 14-08-2009 and G.O.Ms.No.146, School Education (G1) Department, dated 19-06-2012.

Pleader appearing for the appellants and Mr.R.Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 2.This appeal has been filed by the State is directed against the order in W.P.(MD).No.2125 of 2013, dated 17.09.2013. 3.There are three writ petitions which were disposed of by the common order in which the appellants / State had complied with the orders passed in two of the writ petitions, namely, W.P.(MD). Nos.2126 and 2127 of 2013. This appeal is directed against the order in W.P.(MD).No.2125 of 2013.

4.The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent has produced the copy of the order passed by the Additional Assistant Elementary Educational Officer, Kujiliyamparai, dated 07.05.2015, which shows that the order in the writ petition has been complied with. Nothing survives for further adjudication in this appeal and the same is disposed of.

5.Consequently, connected C.M.P.(MD).No.5647 of 2017 is closed.
