ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the first respondent to withdraw the case in Cr.No.519 of 2015 dated 28.12.2015 on the file of the third respondent and entrust the same to the second respondent for investigation of the case by a Competent Officer and file a final report before the concerned learned Judicial Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after completing investigation charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Usilampatti on 28.06.2016 for the offences under Sections 420, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
