Mr.D.Mayarajan, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for allotment of paddy to the petitioner's mill based on the petitioner's representation, dated 24.01.2014 and 26.11.2015.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though similar rice mills are allotted paddy for hulling, the petitioner alone is singled out by not allotting the paddy for hulling. As it is stated that the petitioner has already made representation on 24.01.2014 and 26.11.2015, it is for the second respondent to consider those representations and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law.

5. This Court at this stage is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.01.2014 and 26.11.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
